Natalie Longhini

Natalie (she/her) began her professional career in HR as a Training Specialist and Corporate Recruiter. After 7 years in this field, she returned to college and complete her Bachelor's degree from CU Boulder. Upon graduation, she developed a career in the high tech industry as a Business Development leader at both start-ups and large tech industry corporations. During this time she built and managed global and large national partnerships with IBM, Dell, HP, and others while mentoring and leading diverse, international teams. In 2017 Natalie began working with several Colorado based non-profit organizations which ultimately led her to Medicine Horse. From 2017-2019 Natalie was the Development Director at Medicine Horse, in 2020 Natalie accepted the Executive Director role at Medicine Horse and retired at the end of 2022. Natalie also holds a certification for Animal-Assisted Business Coaching and has founded a corporate training business, called Unleashed Coaching, that leverages both her business acumen and love of horses to enhance team building, leadership and empowerment within businesses.
