They | Them | Theirs

Midnite is a Level 1 IFS certified practitioner and third-year graduate student at Naropa University in the Somatic Psychotherapy and Social Justice Counseling masters program.

Growing up in Littleton, CO as a Korean adoptee, Midnite struggled with identity, race, and belonging; often finding movement the only way to heal, take up space, and reconnect to self. When living in Chicago they discovered how important community and diverse representation meant to their journey of acceptance and wellbeing. Now back in Colorado, they are excited to share the power of Equine Therapy, especially how partnering with horses can repair relational trauma, bring connection and acceptance to all our parts, and regulate our nervous system.

Away from the stables, Midnite performs and teaches aerial arts, pilates, and K-pop dance. They're always on the lookout for ways to add joy, fun, and laughter into their life and is honored to be a part of the Medicine Horse team!
