They | Them | Theirs

Midnite is a second-year graduate student at Naropa University getting a masters in Somatic Psychotherapy and Social Justice Counseling.

Growing up in Littleton, CO as a Korean adoptee, Midnite struggled with identity, race, and belonging; often finding movement the only way to heal, take up space, and reconnect to self. When living in Chicago they discovered how important community and diverse representation meant to their journey of acceptance as well. Now back in Colorado, they are excited to explore the power of Equine therapy and is especially curious how working with horses can repair relational trauma and regulate the nervous system.

Away from the stables Midnite performs and teaches aerial arts, pilates, and K-pop dance. They're always on the lookout for ways to add joy, fun, and laughter into their life and is honored to join the Medicine Horse team!
