Tim Anderson

Tim’s scientific training has enabled him to study a diverse array of projects in both academic and industry settings. These include developing methods to utilize agricultural waste in bioenergy production, improving crop productivity using metabolic engineering, and biomanufacturing critical cancer therapeutics. His current work involves manufacturing medical devices used in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Tim is also passionate about helping others and has volunteered at non-profits aimed at using equine therapy to aid individuals with disabilities as well as promoting land stewardship in Colorado. He is now actively involved with Medicine Horse and is a member of the Development Committee.

In his spare time Tim likes skiing, hiking, enjoying the backcountry mountain roads, and traveling. He enjoys spending time with his family. Tim currently resides in Erie, CO
