Phoenix

Phoenix was rescued off a feedlot in Greeley in 2028, he was 8 years old at the time. We read a story about him in an HOA newsletter and decided to give him a home. My niece, who was 13 at the time, worked with him every day to teach him to trust people again. He was only "Green Broke" at the time. So, she worked with a trainer, who taught her all the tings she needed to know to work with Phoenix. Over time, and with lots of patience and love, Phoenix was retrained. She was able to take him to horse shows and they won several ribbons together. Phoenix participated in several kids camps at our previous barn and was used to teach the littlest of kids to ride.
