Casey is a graduate of the Masters of Social Work program through Boise State University and also holds a bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Science from Oregon State University.

Their love for horses began at an early age and guided them from childhood through their teen years. Throughout that time Casey experienced the powerful impact that horses have on humans and is now eager to share with clients the therapeutic benefits that horses offer to us. Casey and the horses offer an understanding, nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their inner and outer world as they work on their therapeutic goals by using an in-the-moment, strengths-based, trauma informed approach with clients. Additionally, Casey was a past Medicine Horse intern and has also completed a Level 1 Equine Facilitated Learning and Coaching training from the Academy for Coaching with Horses. Casey is an advocate and member of the LGBTQ+ community and is passionate about helping to empower all people to allow their true authentic selves to shine through. Casey enjoys working with clients ranging from children, teenagers and their families, as well as adults; anyone who wants to work through some of life's difficulties so that they can find harmony in life and relationships or better understand behaviors that may be affecting their life will find working with Casey and the horses to be beneficial. Casey is currently accepting individual clients and families and also facilitates some of the groups at Medicine Horse.
