Her therapeutic approach is guided by a transpersonal lens and humanistic framework, incorporating elements of Gestalt Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Play Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, and Somatic Experiencing. Avery is a neurodivergence and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist who provides a safe, inclusive, compassionate, and non-judgmental therapeutic space for her clients. She enjoys working with individuals across all ages and identities, and she is extremely passionate about supporting children and their families, especially those who are navigating adoption or involved in the child welfare system.
