Fine Lace, or Lacey, is a 22 year old purebred Arabian mare. She is a Bask granddaughter, and her sire is an 8 time National Champion. Lacey has had a long show career, and has won four National Top Tens and many Regional Top Honors in her division, Country English Pleasure. Lacey has been retired for several years and moved to Colorado with her family and best friend, Trystan, in 2006. Despite having Cushings disease, Lacey still likes to work, and is enjoying getting to know everyone at MHP. She is quiet, mannerly and a bit shy, but she likes to show off her amazing furry winter coat! Children and adults alike love riding and working with Lacey because she carries them with as much pride in the therapeutic arena as she did in the show ring.
