Junebug and Carlos are a brother and sister team of miniature horses. Junebug was a regional champion halter horse about 20 years ago. Junebug and Carlos received an endowment to spend the rest of their days at Medicine Horse when their owner passed away. Unfortunately, due to the rising cost of keeping horses, the endowment did not last as long as hoped. Junebug and Carlos need a sponsor, two for the price of one. Tiny in size, but great in spirit, Junebug and Carlos open the door for children and adults who are at first intimidated by the larger horses. In fact, Junebug and Carlos rule the barn, planning activities like how to get to that greener grass on the other size of the fence, and who can be first to greet newcomers to Medicine Horse.
